You can now connect AI clients, like Claude or ChatGPT, to Microgreen Manager to securely read your farm data. If you want to use this feature it enables an AI client to read your farm data, like tasks, plantings, orders, customers, surpluses, account info, and more! The AI can use that information to tell you what happening in your farm. This is read-only for now and is still experimental. The AI client won’t be able to make any changes to your farm data or Microgreen Manager account for now. Try it out and let us know what you think!

Now when you go to export the trays and seed needed for the next 7 days’ to a PDF you’ll see this popup which will give you the option to also include task timelines for each crop in the PDF

On the harvest page we have a new pack list summary view, which shows each crop and blend, and what container sizes and container counts are needed on that harvest day.

Now when you send invites to your team members to join your farm in Microgreen Manager, you can set their permissions with the invite. Before they would join and have no permissions by default, until the admin account updated them. Now you can skip that step and set new invite permissions before sending the invite and update their permissions later if you need to.

Thanks to user feedback we’ve now added the ability to edit the name or delete a task when a task is not attached to a recurring task or attached to a crop

You can now create customers, store customer info, and attach orders and recurring orders to customers! This adds tons of benefits to Microgreen Manager. You can create multiple orders or recurring orders for a single customer now. You can store custom information like contact info, delivery info, notes, and more. You can get metadata on customers like their lifetime revenue (if you have entered pricing information in your orders), their past and future orders, and more. We’ve also added a very simple CRM (customer relationship management) - where you can give customers a status of “Cold”, “Prospect”, or “Active” to indicate where they are in your sales cycle. And you can log touchpoints to keep track of when you last contacted a prospect or dropped off samples.

There’s a ton to explore here. For example you can merge customers, delete customers, and even edit what customer an order or recurring order is attached to.

This is just the beginning and will allow us to add more advanced functionality in the future.

We’ve made a huge improvement to the grow timelines seen on each order’s page. The old timeline only shows the start and end of each planting assigned to the order. Now the timeline shows all production stages for each planting in an order. This makes it much easier for you to see the production timeline for an order!
