Here are some of the changes, additions, and improvements we’ve made to Microgreen Manager recently:
“Microgreen Manager Wrapped”- an annual summary of what your farm has grown for easily sharing on social media.
New landing page with great testimonials.
Free Excel production planner download for anyone to use
Creating orders now shows trays needed, start date, and surpluses available for use
Creating orders can now optionally use existing farm surplus for that order
Better support for corner multi-day harvests
Can now optionally choose to not create overdue plantings when creating a one-off order
New currencies added to the pricing calculator
New frequency option for recurring tasks/orders/plantings- “every Nth weekday of the month”- for example: “Every 2nd Tuesday” of the month. Useful for things like farmer’s markets
Notes from crops are now copied into plantings notes
Many new blog posts
Blog now has search and tag functionality to make it easy to find the information you need
Recurring plantings! This allows you to create a planting on recurring basis without needing an order/recurring order
More coming soon! Like yield tracking, lost tray/disease tracking, and seed lots/inventory!

Here are some of the changes, additions, and improvements we’ve made to Microgreen Manager recently:
Added ability to create planting using start date instead of harvest date
Added calendar view
With ability to select start of week
Adding defaults will now use grams or ounces for yield based on prefernce
Can now apply changes to in progress child orders when editing recurring order contents
See dropdown details in dialog
Farm report page showing how many trays are planted per crop in your farm in any given time period. This will be expanded upon in the future
Can now increase tray counts in plantings
Improved dark mode contrasts
Show surpluses when editing contents of individual ordres
Recorded new intro video for Microgreen Manager
Updated FAQ page to be more thorough and accurate
Added more varieties to the seed density calculator
New plantings page to find any planting group
Combined crops and blends in order forms
Renamed “buffer percentage” to “safety margin”, which is a better label
Renamed “max hold time” to “shelf life”, which is a better label

Since we launched to the public in December 2023 we’ve made huge improvements to the software and added tons of new features. Following us in Instagram and Facebook is currently the best way to get updates about the product, but we plan on putting more effort into better marketing and communication in the near future.
