Use average or moving average yields to calculate tray counts

If you enter the actual yield for each harvest then the software would be able to calculate average expected yield for any given crop. That could be used to calculate tray counts instead of having to change the yield every time your yields change. It could be an option to use historical average, or a moving average, like the average of the last 5 harvests
