You can now create customers, store customer info, and attach orders and recurring orders to customers! This makes adds tons of benefits to Microgreen Manager. You can create multiple orders or recurring orders for a single customer now. You can store custom information like contact info, delivery info, notes, and more. You can get metadata on customers like their lifetime revenue (if you have entered pricing information in your orders), their past and future orders, and more. We’ve also added a very simple CRM (customer relationship management) - where you can give customers a status of “Cold”, “Prospect”, or “Active” to indicate where they are in your sales cycle. And you can log touchpoints to keep track of when you last contacted a prospect or dropped off samples.

There’s a ton to explore here. For example you can merge customers, delete customers, and even edit what customer an order or recurring order is attached to.

This is just the beginning and will allow us to add more advanced functionality in the future.
