Not a CRM, but a way to simple manage customer info, like their contact info, notes, delivery info, and all their historical orders over time. This will also make it easier to assign orders to specific customers.
We could add a simple CRM to track touch points, notes, and to remind you to follow up with potential customers. And store lead contact info.

Done! You can now create customers and attach orders or recurring orders to customers. You can store as much or as little customer information as you want. We have fields for contact info, address, notes, and more. We also have very basic CRM capabilities!
