Surplus and deficit management

We want to be able to see and easily manage all surpluses and deficits in the farm. Surpluses are the amounts of crops that are expected to be available in excess of the current orders at a given harvest time. Deficits would be when you don't have enough planted/growing to fulfill your desired orders at a given harvest/delivery time.
