Fractional and Live Trays

I sell to restaurants and often sell in 1010 and 5×5 trays. It would be super helpful if when I am creating a new order I could specify which type of trays that client wants their order in. It could also be useful for the “safety margin.” Rather than planting an extra 1020 tray for a 10% margin, one could plant a 1010 or 5×5 as needed. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to mark things as “live trays” which would remove the “harvest buffer time” and remove the mandatory “harvest” step.
