Crop auto-populate or drop-down selection

Feature Request

When entering each crop I'm growing, it would be nice to either have suggestions auto-populate once I start typing in the crop by variety or have a drop-down selection with the most popular varieties. Less typing with a quicker set up would be helpful.

    This is a good idea! We want to make it as easy as possible for people to get started, especially since there is a lot of upfront data entry for crops and orders and such.

    What we could do is create a dropdown that the user can type into. The user could select by clicking one of the dropdown items, or they could continue typing their own name without selecting a suggestion. Unfortunately we don't think this is a good solution because users could think that those are the only options available without knowing that they can also type any free-form name, which would be detrimental.

    We'll have to think of a better solution later.
